Rema wins double at 2024 ASCAP London Music Awards

Nigerian Afrobeats singer Rema’s global hit “Calm Down” has earned top honors at the 2024 ASCAP London Music Awards.

Walking away with both the Song of the Year and Top Streaming Song accolades, ‘Calm Down‘ proved its popularity and success.

Recognized as the co-writers and co-producers of the hit song, Michael Hunter, also known as London, and Andre Vibez were rightfully honored for their contributions.

These latest triumphs showcase Rema’s impressive track record at the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) Awards, making him the Nigerian/African artist with the highest number of wins.
