Chioma, a pharmacist and wife of former BBNaija housemate, Chukwuemeka Okoye better known as Frodd has opened up on how she was body shamed during her pregnancy.
In an interview with BBNaija star turned podcaster, Maria Chike on her Mums Next Door show, Chioma revealed that her elder sister body shamed her and it was very hurtful for her.
According to the mother of one, her sister told her she has “water body” (slang for someone who has the tendency to become fat easily), hence, she should reduce her the amount of food she takes daily.
Because of her sister’s hurtful words, Chioma promised not to lose herself and was able to snap back postpartum.
Frodd’s wife further opened up on her postpartum struggles, revealing that after she gave birth, she wanted to be on her own, was always crying and found it difficult to bond with her baby.

Frodd and pharmacist Chioma got married on February 18, 2023. The couple welcomed a baby girl on Friday, August 11, 2023.
The reality star who had contested in the Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ and ‘All Stars’ edition proposed to his then longtime girlfriend, Chioma on the 16th of December 2022.
