Famous Nigerian singer Davido has taken legal action against fellow artist Dammy Krane for making defamatory statements and engaging in cyberbullying.

Davido’s lawyers have issued a formal notice of defamatory publication to Dammy Krane, demanding an immediate retraction of the offensive content from all his social media platforms within 24 hours.
The notice also instructs Dammy Krane to cease making any further defamatory remarks against Davido on any platform.
The legal team emphasized the seriousness of the situation, highlighting the impact of such statements on Davido’s personal and professional life.
They warned that failure to comply with the demands could result in further legal action.
