Port Harcourt, Rivers state -A Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, has refused to reverse the removal of Martin Amaewhule and 24 others as members of the Rivers state house of assembly.
Amaewhule has filed a case on behalf of twenty-five others, challenging the decision of the Rivers State High Court, which favored Victor Oko-Jumbo, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly.
As reported by TVC News, the court gave the verdict on Friday, June 14.
