Ijoba Danku, the former manager, spoke out about Portable’s immaturity, calling him a boy.
The show promoter noted that Portable was deceitful when approaching him for representation.
He stated that at a point he took legal action against Portable, but he ultimately forgave him at the request of his father.
Danku expressed deep regret for ever having associated with Portable.
In an interview on the latest episode of Doyin’s Corner podcast, Danku stated:
“Portable is still a boy. Before Portable came to me, he lied to me. I actually sued him but his father pleaded with me and I accepted to drop the suit.
“If there is someone I wish I never allowed into my circle, it is Portable.”
Back in 2022, Ijoba Danku made a shocking revelation as he reacted to Portable’s decision to sack him.
Portable had shared a video where he stated that he was been milked daily by his Manager, DJ and Promoter as he was in charge of their feeding, clothing and every other expenses.
He claimed that whenever he pretends to be broke and asked them for money, they all give flimsy excuse.
Reacting to Portable’s outburst, Ijoba Danku shared a video on his Instagram page, where he was questioning Portable for calling him out.
Danku debunked Portable’s accusations of ripping him off his money. According to him, he didn’t collect a dime from him as regards money made from his shows.
In the video, Danku asked the singer if he knew how much expenses he had made for his sake. He reteirated that he has no desire to work with him anymore and accused Portable of kicking against his decision to promote another Artiste.
The music promoter added by imploring the Zazuu crooner to pay back the debt he owes him.
