National Anthem: Bring back old Naira-dollar exchange rate, fuel pump price too – I Go Save tells FG

Following the reinstatement of Nigeria’s old National Anthem, “Nigeria we hail thee,” comedian, Otaghware Otas Onodjayeke, better known as I Go Save, has urged the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to also return the country to the standard of economy it inherited.

This suggestion comes as President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, May 29 signed the National Anthem Bill 2024 into law to reinstate the old anthem, “Nigeria, We Hail Thee.

Taking to the photo and video sharing site, Instagram to make his grievances known, I Go Save said the Federal Government should also turn around the economy and security standards since the old national anthem has been reintroduced.

On his Instagram story, the funny man wrote:

Other celebrities such movie actress Kate Henshaw and singer cum record label boss, Joeboy have also berated the Federal Government for prioritising changing the National Anthem over tackling the numerous challenges facing the country.

Joeboy on his official page on the microblogging platform X, wondered why a change of the National Anthem was prioritised over pressing national issues.
