Nigerian actor Ibrahim Chatta has poked fun at his colleague and friend Toyin Abraham over her weight and tummy.
The wife of actor, Kolawole Ajeyemi had visited Chatta’s film village, which she described as beautiful. In the clip she posted online, the actor and other cast members teased the actress, cautioning her against eating too much because of her stomach.
Toyin Abraham, in defence, noted how she had lost weight as she revealed she only chews gums. Sharing the clip, she wrote:
Meanwhile, during the weekend, Toyin Abraham came under fire after she hailed Kehinde Bankole for winning the Best Actress award at this year’s AMVCA. Many opined that the movie star was happy because her rival, Funke Akindele, didn’t win any awards to the shock of many.
Toyin was also dragged after she penned a note to the organisers of the award ceremony, crowning it the best and realest so far. Her statement didn’t sit well with many, who felt it was a dig at Funke.
A week before the event, Toyin had reignited movie battle with Funke after she teased her newest project, a sequel to her popular movie, Alakada, which will premiere in December. The news left many divided as some noted how the actress was following in the footsteps of her rival, Funke Akindele, who announced a week before her that she was releasing a sequel to her hit movie, Jenifa.
