Nollywood actress, Queen Wokoma has responded to criticism over her outfit to colleague Junior Pope’s funeral, which took place in Enugu State today, 17th May.
Queen Wokoma shared photos on Instagram, wearing a short black gown, leggings, and a jacket, captioning the post with a tribute to Junior Pope.
She wrote:
“Here to pay our last respect to our Friend and Colleague.

Legacies and memories are what are left behind.
Forever in our hearts”.

However, her outfit sparked backlash from netizens who disapproved of her choice.
In response, Queen Wokoma shared a screenshot of her outfit inspiration and slammed her critics for their stupidity.
She mocked those who claimed to be fashion experts but had limited exposure, asking if she should have worn a traditional wrapper or looked miserable to appease them.
In her words:
“Some of you are obviously STU*ID; hence wisdom is far from you.
Forming fashion gùru yet una never travel comot from una local government.
Oh, I forgot, I am supposed to tie a wrapper or look miserable to soothe your empty brains”.

In other news, Popular businessman and socialite Emeka Okonkwo, aka E-Money reacted to allegations of having an affair with the late Nollywood actor, John Paul Odonwodo, popularly known as Junior Pope’s wife.
Rumors surfaced from an unidentified Facebook influencer that businessman E-money has been sleeping with the late Junior Pope’s wife.
He took to Instagram to reshare the videos and posts with a long caption.
In the video attached, the Facebook influencer mentioned that E-Money had been sleeping with Junior Pope’s wife, and is also gay.
The woman also alleged that E-money has a hand in Junior Pope’s death.
In the second slide that E-money shared, you could hear another lady talking about Junior Pope’s death, insinuating that there was foul play involved.
Visibly upset, E-money has called for both women’s arrest, while seeking his fans’ assistance to help apprehend them.
